WEGA Commissary is a certified kitchen facility that works in support of the WEGA Cookery training facility, S Perry Market and Farm Store. It provides affordable access to commercial kitchen space for cooking, preparing and packaging food for public consumption.
Space is available for rent per hour during operating hours. All WEGA training participants will get first priority however the space is available to any food service provider who needs it. Whether starting a new business or supporting your current business WEGA Commissary is an affordable source for production.

The WEGA Commissary is a shared facility that makes it possible to start a commercial food business without all of the up front cost of a certified kitchen. Producers rent part of the kitchen for period and then clean up after.

WEGA Cookery is a future initiative located in historic downtown Attica adjacent the S. Perry Market and Farm Store.
