WEGA works with various grant programs and Redevelopment Commissions to incentivize Developers. Each project is unique. In this WEGA serves as the liaison to arrive at a specific solution.
WEGA also initiates and administer local grant funding to help land owners produce green field, shovel ready sites in strategic locations.
WEGA will then market these to the industry.

WEGA seeks unique housing solutions to compliment rural communities. To assist with this ambition WEGA prioritizes design quality and thoughtful solutions over conventional formulas.
WEGA also strikes unique partnerships with design professionals that have a track record of producing quality solutions.
