WEGA works with various grant programs and Redevelopment Commissions to incentivize Developers. Each project is unique. In this WEGA serves as the liaison to arrive at a specific solution.

WEGA also initiates and administer local grant funding to help land owners produce green field, shovel ready sites in strategic locations.
WEGA will then market these to the industry.

DESIGN PROMOTION

WEGA seeks unique housing solutions to compliment rural communities. To assist with this ambition WEGA prioritizes design quality and thoughtful solutions over conventional formulas.

WEGA also strikes unique partnerships with design professionals that have a track record of producing quality solutions.

    Patio Condos are condominiums arranged in single or double unit buildings. Owners own within the exterior walls. A homeowner association owns the rest. Yards are common.

  • Townhouse Units

    $220k - $340k

    Townhouse units are fully owned units including land. Units are typically attached side by side with front and back yards.

  • Duplex Rentals

    $1000 - $1300/mo

    Duplex rentals are typically side by side units with separate/private yards and garages.

  • Multi-family Rentals

    $1100 - $1400/mo

    Multi-family rentals are multiple units in a single building or buildings with common walls and amenities.

  • Single-Family Starter

    $240k - $300k

    Single-Family starter homes are the most cost effective and efficient of its category. They are designed for singles and small families.

  • Single-Family Spec

    $300k - $450k

    Single-Family spec homes are Developer designed and prebuilt for sale. Though they can also be starter solutions they are typically mid-market solutions.

  • Single-Family Custom

    $450k +

    Single-Family custom homes are custom designed solutions built specifically for the owner.

  • In-Town Rentals

    $900 - $1100/mo

    In-Town rentals can take many forms however they are typically 2-10 units total in a single building.
